Created by Joseph Pilates, a physical trainer specialising in rehabilitation, Pilates is a practice that improves physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhances mental awareness.
Both Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates are available. For private classes, please enquire with our Concierge.
This step-by-step class is a true starting point to the basics of classical Pilates. Clients will develop body literacy on the Reformer, learn how to engage the powerhouse, understand spinal alignment and articulation, and explore fundamental movement patterns. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to reconnect with their body in a slower-paced, supportive environment. No prior experience is needed.
This class transitions clients into a more refined practice. Classical movements and form are emphasised and combined with increased complexity, rhythm, and control. Clients will experience layered movement patterns and transitions that require deeper concentration, with expert guidance to develop precision, core endurance, and postural integration.
Though not compulsory, we recommend completion of at least five Foundation Reformer classes.
Deepen your practice with dynamic transitions, longer movement chains, and the introduction of progressive load using bodyweight and resistance from the springs. Clients must already demonstrate body awareness, control, and strength, as the Reformer flow in this class introduces movements that demand coordination, timing, and stability under pressure — such as the Flamingo, Long Stretch Series, and Up Stretch.
This class is ideal for those who have mastered the exercises in Reformer 1, those who can safely handle moderate resistance and faster paced sequences, or those who have consistently practiced for one to two years.
This advanced class amplifies the athletic aspect of Reformer Pilates, with a fast-paced flow and an emphasis on muscular endurance, core stamina, and whole-body conditioning. Movements are athletic and incorporate advanced classical exercises such as the Star and Tendon Stretch, allowing clients to hone their agility, and mental focus.
Ideal for clients who have consistent practice, excellent strength and body control, and have mastered Intermediate Reformer exercises, or for healthy individuals with no injuries.
This class challenges stability while strengthening the muscles and joints. It is a progression from basic to intermediate Reformer Pilates, using the Reformer and the Wunda Chair. Benefits include heightened mind-body awareness, improved core strength, better posture and increased flexibility. Prior experience with the Reformer machine is required.
This class combines the Reformer and Tower equipment to challenge students to improve overall fitness, body awareness, and mindful breathing. The Tower features a push-through bar and leg springs to strengthen the body and build confidence, while the Reformer helps improve posture and balance.
Suitable for all levels of fitness with no severe injuries. Prior experience in private Pilates sessions are recommended, but not necessary.
An advanced workout that combines the Reformer and Tower apparatus, allowing for a versatile and comprehensive full-body workout that targets all muscle groups. Practitioners will participate in a series of classical Pilates movements to sculpt the body, enhance flexibility, and build strength.
Suitable for regular practitioners with no severe injuries. At least 10-20 private sessions with the trainer is recommended.
Based on the elements of Pilates, ballet, and athletic conditioning, this high energy class targets the postural and deep core muscles to tone and sculpt the whole body. Benefits include building longer and leaner muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance and coordination.
Mat with Props is a continuous exercise sequence that applies Pilates fundamentals to connect breath and movement, while maintaining active connection to your core muscles and alignment. Using props and your own body weight, this class can improve your posture, core strength, and muscular endurance.
Designed for practitioners who have mastered the seven foundational exercises in Pilates, this class emphasises precision, control, and flow, incorporating exercises that challenge your strength, flexibility, and control. Prior experience with private Pilates sessions are recommended.
Strengthen and sculpt the core muscles in this dynamic workout. Students are supported by two separately anchored suspension ropes, and will undergo a sequence of strength-building bodyweight exercises to activate the core and tone the whole body. Prior experience is beneficial.
This versatile, full-body workout offers a mix of cardio, agility, balance, and strength training by alternating between low-intensity exercises and recovery. The Bosu tool, which has a dome on one side and a platform on the other, is used to create instability, engaging the abdomen and big and small muscle groups.
Taught by Smart Movement master trainers Fhe Samia and Ole Eugenio, this advanced conditioning class is for professional Pilates trainers or practitioners looking for a challenge. Put your athleticism, stamina, and concentration to the test — no modifications are offered. Be prepared to work up a sweat as you flow from one movement to the next.
Suitable for professional Pilates trainers or those who have practised Pilates for at least two years. Not suitable for beginners, those with injuries, pre- and post-natal clients.
Suitable for pregnant women and postnatal mothers after their six-week doctor’s checkup. This full-body workout safely strengthens and tightens the core, back, arms, glutes, and pelvic floor — this allows for a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery, all in a supportive environment. Benefits include reducing swelling and discomfort, enhanced blood circulation, and better sleep.
This individual assessment is the most effective way to understand the Pilates system and your body’s specific needs, allowing the instructors to efficiently plan a bespoke workout program.
A unique movement system, developed by Juliu Horvath, that works your entire body, replicating the muscle movements in swimming, yoga, dance, and gymnastics.
Gyrotonic® is performed on a Pulley Tower with weights for resistance, and links breathwork with spiralling movement to mobilise the spine, build endurance, and improve neuro-muscular connections.
Only available as a private class.
