This new Signature Retreat is designed to recalibrate the body from the inside out, using a combination of Pilates-based movement and expert spinal alignment techniques to support longevity, fluidity, and youthful vitality. Devised by resident Pilates and yoga expert Mins Teo, each programme is personalised to help you release restrictions, enhance flexibility, and awaken muscular awareness.

Mins Teo has over a decade of international experience as a movement teacher and practitioner. She previously trained as a Ballet and Contemporary dancer, and holds a degree in Biomedical Science, with certifications in Clinical Pilates, Yoga, Gyrotonic®, Trauma-Releasing Exercise (TRE), Hydrotherapy, and Sports Massage therapy. Her sessions help to realign the body using precise mind-body movements that integrate the principles of Pilates with the Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga styles of yoga. Originally from Singapore, she has studied and practised in Germany, Sweden, the Maldives, Thailand, and throughout the Asia-Pacific and Caribbean regions.
