COMO Shambhala believes that healthy cuisine can and should be both delicious and nutritious. Our specially developed COMO Shambhala Cuisine therefore focuses on a perfectly calibrated mix of raw and cooked ingredients with very specific nutritional purposes, the resulting dishes helping to boost concentration and energy, and balance blood-sugar levels. Living enzymes are retained in the preparation techniques—all in order to help cleanse the body from the outside in.
The cuisine, developed by COMO’s Group Executive Chef Amanda Gale over a 10-year period, is now available at all COMO Hotels and Resorts worldwide (except for The Halkin in London). The most comprehensive menus are at our glow restaurants at Metropolitan Bangkok and COMO Shambhala Estate in Bali.
