What are the rates for the classes and workshops?

Where can I find the class and workshop schedules?

The schedules can be found on our website or on our mobile app, ‘CSS’ (available on Android/IOS). Booking and payments can be made directly on the app too.

How long will my package be valid for?

From the date of purchase:

  • ‘Block of 10’ packages are valid for four (4) months. 

  • ‘Block of 50’ packages are valid for eight (8) months and applicable for sharing between 2 persons.

  • A minimum commitment of six (6) months is required for all subscription packages.

  • ‘Group Class Trial’ is valid for two (2) weeks, is applicable only to newcomers, and can only be purchased once.

  • ‘Pilates Starter Trial’ is valid for two (2) months, is applicable only to newcomers, and can only be purchased once.

Can I extend or suspend my packages?

This is only applicable for packages, where they can be frozen if a medical certificate is provided by any medical practitioner registered under the Medical Registration Act, stating that your exercise regimen must be halted for a period of time, or a travel itinerary showing you are away from Singapore.

The extension will only be possible for up to three (3) weeks from expiry date with valid documentation.

Any requests to have your packages extended or frozen will be at COMO Shambhala Management’s sole discretion.

Can class packages be shared with friends or family?

Only ‘Block of 50’ packages are applicable for sharing between 2 persons. 

Is there any insurance coverage for the purchase of packages?

Yes, we do provide approved insurance coverage to customers for any prepaid packages bought. A cover note insured under AVA will be issued. Upon issuance, please check your cover note for the terms and conditions listed for the coverage.
