This Mothers’ Day, COMO Shambhala Singapore presents an exciting curation of thoughtful wellness experiences at COMO Orchard. 

COMO Shambhala Singapore meets you where you are with a special workshop, devised by our expert trainers in postnatal fitness to address the physical and emotional exhaustion that comes from the early years of motherhood. Best suited for mothers with children up to five years of age.

Participants will also receive a Yoga Block to further their practice at home.

Move Free with Functional Training 

The first hour of the workshop explores movements with a focus on back health, core strength, and mobility. Mums who have had natural childbirth can benefit from learning simple exercises such as pelvic tilts to strengthen the back muscles, while C-section mums will discover gentle abdominal bracing techniques that minimise strain on the incision site.

Rest Easy with Mind-Body Healing  

The second hour of the session focuses on holistic relaxation techniques for the mind and body. Discover how calming the gut and improving digestive wellbeing can uplift mood, with meditation and mindful breathing as supportive aids to enhance focus and regulate mood.
