GYROTONIC®

Gyrotonic® exercises your entire body, replicating the muscular movements of swimming, yoga, dance and gymnastics. Jumpboard Reformer adds Pilates Reformer exercises to tone your whole body. Designed to improve your posture and stability, the Jump exercises combine progressive plyometric intervals, varying both in length and intensity, with muscular strength and endurance moves on the vertical mini trampoline.
