This maintains the nutritional integrity of those foods’ essential enzymes, vitamins and minerals and allows you to benefit from their ‘life force’, thus increasing energy and wellbeing.

Organic and locally sourced whenever possible, our cuisine arrives at the table from the field with minimum delay. We serve meat, fish and vegetables and flavours ranging from Indonesian to Italian to Indian—dishes that always work with your well-balanced nutrition plan.
